Bule Ocean Investment (Pvt) Ltd etc and Consultant of several well known leading companies in Sri Lanka and
Overseas.
In addition to his full time board responsibilities as Group Chairman and other Directorships, he functions as a visiting
lecturer for number of leading professional institutions in Sri Lanka and overseas (UK, Male, Malaysia). He is an
extremely popular, effective and successful lecturer in a number of subjects offered by THREE major professional
accountancy bodies (CA/ACCA/CIMA). He specialized in lecturing for the FINAL LEVEL STUDENTS of all leading Accountancy
Professional student and has a strong passion in teaching and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with aspiring
professionals. his wealth of experience in industry, which counts for more than 10 years in multinational and local blue
chip companies in very senior positions, has largely contributed to his success.
He is the ONLY LECTURER in Sri Lanka who Lectures and qualified in ALL THREE LEADING PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANCY
BODIES, contributes significantly to his students’ success at examinations. He is having a reputation for and, it appears,

Mr. Kannan is a Professional Member of the British Computer Society ( MBCS , UK ) and a Professional Member of the
Australian Computer Society (MACS, AUS). Mr.Kannan holds a Hons Degree in Management Information System (MIS) from
National University of Ireland.
He counts over 14 year’s experience in Information Technology, including several years in the U.K. in
management positions. Currently, he is working for Hewitt in the UK and responsible for Pension software products.
Hewitt is an international organization, over twenty five thousand employees working around the world.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and Association of
Chartered Certified Accountant(UK), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK and also many other
professional bodies
He has been actively involved in numerous committees of professional institutes. He is a leading lecturer in the
professional Accountancy courses (CA, CIMA, ACCA etc.) lecturing many subject for the final level students in UK.
He has exposure to various functions in organizations while specializing in manufacturing,
marketing, corporate finance & planning and human resources management.
Mr. Mugunthan Sivalingam (B. Com, BA, CIMA (Reading)) is a well-known industrialist and a senior
leading lecturer in the field of education for the last 20 years. He completed his graduation in the field
of Marketing from University of Jaffna and also holds degree in philosophy studies from University of
Pachaiyappa, India. His experience in education sectors shows the rich exposure in managing all aspects
of the educational matters and bringing together and managing talented professionals.

Suranee has been a Director Finance since 2004,She had her Chartered article ship training in one of the big four firm in
Sri Lanka. After her completion of training in Audit practice she has moved into multinational manufacturing industry
and has worked at the most senior levels in the financial and management accounting functions of an
international businesses.
Since 2005 she has been advising on corporate reporting issues and trains accountants at all levels in this area,
specifically with respect to International Financial Reporting Standards.
She is passionate that accountants understand the significance of IFRS in communicating business performance.
Sishanth started his professional career as an audit trainee in one of the leading audit firms in Sri Lanka and engaged
him self with studying ACCA. He later moved to the commercial sector, working in for pharmaceutical and cosmetic
companies. He has NGO experience as well, having worked for Sri Lanka Anti Narcotic Association. Commitment and
knowleadge has enabled him to obtain his current position at a very young age. Sishanth is an expert in financial
management and implementing internal controls. Still, he always emphasizes that an accountant should be able to
look beyond numbers.
Mr Nimesh is an imaginative and young talented IT Engineer & Designer. He graduated in Software Engineering with 1st
Class Honors Degree from Staffordshire University, UK. He started his career as a software engineer and worked in many
software development and design project for both local and international clients. Then moved into web
development management, being responsible for KBBS presence in the virtual world. He also develops projects for
other companies with his IT development team.
