Mr. Thilanka is one of the talented young lecturers in the field of Management Accounting and Finance Management. He has

of the youngest managers in the country. Currently Mr.Thilanka works at Suntel limited as a Manager Corporate Planning,
after working at reputed multinational Standard Chartered Bank. He is a triple qualified professional having completed
CIMA, CIM and ACCA. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Thilanka was also one of the brightest students among his peers, managing to secure national prizes in all three
professional qualifications; a feat that has yet to be matched. He is well equipped both from a practical and academic

Ms. Chathurika is one of the talented and experienced lecturer in the field of Economics, who holds a master degree in Economics
in one of the leading university in Colombo. After being a successfull lecture at University of Colombo, she has updated
with the latest examination tactics, also her professional experience and academic background has a strong technical
knowledge which the students could exploit. Her friendly approach and maintaining close relationship with students
makes the students comfortable in the class room environment which is key to make the students pass.
Mr.Dinuka Perera is a Senior
Accountant in one of the leading public quoted company. He was Senior Manager in one of the largest four leading
Accounting and Auditing firms, and has been in this profession for a long period specializing in lecturing in Accounting
and Auditing stream. His experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant is highly relevant to lecturing in professional
accountancy and auditing courses. Further he has participated and lectured in training programs conducted by the Technical
Training Learning and Development Division of the Audit Firm in Colombo and United States which included Global Audit
Methodology, IFRS, ISA, Local and US GAAP, US GAAS, and other Accounting and Auditing Seminars. He conducts training
programs on Auditing, the globally used Auditing Tool to Staff Accountants and Senior Accountants and Supervisors at the
Audit Firm. He has a strong passion in teaching and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with aspiring young
adults, executives and professionals.
Mr. Dasun is currently
employed in one of the leading conglomerate in the country where his main responsibility lies with advising and
monitoring the IFRS implementation in the group of companies. He also has experience in resolving queries in respect
of accounting standards, including queries on interpretation and application of IFRS. He was able to secure many
national prizes in ACCA examinations which include World rank 4th in Corporate Reporting (P2). In addition, he holds
a B.Sc Finance (Special) Degree with a 1st class in from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and has obtained the
best results in the Finance degree program. He is well equipped in professional, academic and practical areas to be
part of our panel of lecturers for ACCA and CIMA.
Dinesh Suranga is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and holds a Degree in BBA
(Accountancy) Special from the University of Colombo. He also has won several prizes at foundation and intermediate level
of the ICASL examination. Currently he serves as the Accountant of Cargills (Ceylon) PLC after a three year practicing
career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Marsoom is a practicing Attorney-at-Law with many years of lecturing experience for ACCA/ICASL/CIMA,HND(UK) and
related disciplines .He is also specialized in Corporate and commercial law of Sri Lanka ,UK and International..
In addition to his full time responsibilities as practicing member he functions as a visiting lecturer for number of
leading professional institutions in Sri Lanka and overseas. His has a unique art of lecturing with creative
lecturing tactics.
He has been lecturing Company and Business Law since 2005 for various leading professional course in Sri Lanka and
Overseas. His contribution in developing the whole HND(UK) in Law of EDEXCEL and CIMA, ACCA are remarkable. Currently
he is reading his Masters in International Trade and Company Law of the University of Wales (UK) with Advanced Institute
of Legal Studies of Sri Lanka. He has a CIMA qualification background which is a real boost to the student since he
well understands the Accountancy examination requirement of the legal systems.

Mr. Arunpragash is an ACCA Affiliate is one of the talented young lecturers in the field of Risk, Governance and
Professional Ethics. He has a tremendous professional track record and was the one of the KBBS brightest students among his
peers, managing to secure highest scorer in Professional Accountant in the ACCA examination December 2009. He is already
recognized for his professional excellence through couple of professional awards.

He is one of the young experienced lecturer in the field of Management Accounting and Financial Management in

Prasad Weerakoon is a passed finalist of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and holds a special
degree for Accountancy from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura. He practiced at Ernst & Young and currently fulfils his
duties as the Head of Finance in a leading company. He has developed a genuine interest in teaching and is currently
lecturing at the initial stage. During the 7 years of his academic career he maintained high level passing rate and
assisted many prize winners.
Mr Fariq is a young dedicated and energetic lecturer, who takes a personal interest in the progress of each and every
student by monitoring their studies periodically and believes in success at the first attempt. He is a CIMA Passed Finalist,
currently reading for his Bsc in Business Management University of Wales (Final Year), and following Level 1 of Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA). Fariq currently is employed in one of the leading International
Banks in Sri Lanka.
Mr.Praveen is one of the talented young Lecturer, having tremendous professional lecturing track record ,He has over 6
years working experience and 3 years Lecturing experience for the various subjects in ACCA ,CIMA& CAT . He has produced
many prize winners and proven results in the professional examination within a short period of time including Financial
Reporting(F7) Srilankan Prize winner in June 2010 and Managing people & systems (CAT 5) Sri Lankan prize winner in Dec
